Will you sign an NDA and transfer IP?

Yes. NDAs are standard, and agreements assign work product and IP to you once invoices are settled. For EU customers we also provide a GDPR Art. 28 Data Processing Agreement (DPA / AVV) on request — see /dpa and /trust.

Can EU customer data be hosted in Europe?

Yes. Hosting region is agreed per engagement. EU customers can select an EU cloud region (for example Frankfurt). Details are on our Trust page and in the DPA.
