Refund and cancellation policy

In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as :

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. So, in any case we do not store any of the payer's payment or transaction information. When you visit the institute Official Web site, the following information may be collected from you, either voluntarily or involuntarily:
  1. During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
  2. The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.
  3. We shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by student or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of the Markseasy. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the Markseasy norms.

How to apply for Refund

  • Prescribed Refund Application Form can be obtained from our Office and can also be available on email
  • Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted along with Original Fee Receipt
  • Refund request made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case.
  • Refund will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this you have to submit Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page copy along with Refund Form.
  • Refund rules are SAME even
  • If a student joins class after commencement date or
  • If a student doesn't join or attend even a single class at all or
  • If a student applies for refund before commencement of the class.

Note: Days will be counted from the date of class commencement & not from the date when the students has joined the course.
